Environmental Impact Report
On December 18, 2013 the City Council of the City of Menifee adopted Resolution No. 13-347 certifying a Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the Comprehensive Update to the City of Menifee General Plan. This action included adopting associated California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Findings of Fact, a Statement of Overriding Considerations with respect to certain significant environmental impacts identified in the FEIR and a Mitigation Monitoring Program.
