Vendor Registration & Bid Opportunities

The City of Menifee contracts with PlanetBids to manage its purchasing process with vendors. Registration is simple and free. Many neighboring Southern California cities use the same service.

Once you enter the PlanetBids site, you can view a general description of bid opportunities without registering. The public does not need to register to view bid information, prospective bidder’s lists, public documents, questions and answers, addenda, bid results, or award information.

You must register as a vendor and create a login for any of the following:

  • Download private bid information package documents.
  • Submit a question.
  • Acknowledge addenda.
  • Receive email notifications about bid opportunities.
