Contract Class Credit Policy.

Effective July 1st, there are no refunds for contract classes.

A full credit to the City of Menifee account of the Class Activity Fee may be issued when notice is given to the Community Services Department via online or in-person submission of the Request for Credit Form at least five (5) business days prior to the first scheduled class of the activity session.

Requests for credits may be submitted online on the City of Menifee website or in person at the Community Services Department offices at 29995 Evans Road, Menifee, CA 92586. Once this form has been submitted there will be no changes allowed. The City of Menifee reserves the right to deny any request for refund which does not meet the Refund Policy. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of any granted credits to City of Menifee account.

Charter School Registration Program:

City of Menifee currently accepts certificates for programming from the following charter schools:

  • Springs Charter School
  • Inspire Charter School

Participants are required to submit Enrichment Certificates or PO’s (5) business days prior to the first class meeting. Please note: All classes are subject to availability. Popular classes sell out quickly, and the city is not responsible for securing enrollment without proper paperwork in hand.

As a note - only the students named on paperwork received from school will be enrolled in the program(s). All certificates are non-transferable and not permitted to be utilized for discounted programming for siblings who are not also enrolled in the same school and/or with valid paperwork.

Contact your charter schools vendor services to have the City of Menifee listed as a vendor to take advantage of this program!
