September 11th - Remembrance Day
Partnering with MSJC, the Remembrance Day Ceremony is for our community to come together to remember those lives lost during that tragic day. We honor those lives that were lost in a beautiful ceremony, with the community coming together to assist with a memorial. If you are interested in volunteering, please email communityservices@cityofmenifee.us.
September 23rd - Bulky Item Drop Off
Another great opportunity for residents to bring their bulky items to this FREE event! Photo I.D. or proof of residency is required to use this service! This is a great way to keep Menifee clean, this is one of our four bulky item events per year!
September 30th - Clean Air Day
Join us in the National Clean Air Day! This day is to encourage residents to create fun interactive ways to be a part of the community! A great day to remember to carpool when possible. This includes “Reduce, reuse, recycle!”
October 2023 - Clean Air Townhall
Join us for a panel of experts to learn more about how to focus on clean air! This is a great educational experience to learn about recycling, composting and so much more!
October 21st - Fall Festival
Come join us for our annual Fall Festival! Bring a full sized toiletry for a free kidzone wristband! Enjoy vendor booths, live entertainment, kids activities, costume contests (for ages 6-19 and pets), scarecrow contest (limited space, must register prior, family entries only), pumpkin painting contest (for ages 6-19), trick or treating and so much more!
October 28th - Dia De Los Muertos
Dia De Los Muertos or Day of the Dead Ceremony is a family friendly event that celebrates, educates, and showcases cultural traditions through live music, dance performances, children’s activities, traditional food and retail vendors. Be sure to join us for many fun festivities!
November 11th - Veterans Day
Come join the in honoring the veterans within our community. This family friendly event will have special presentations, speeches and can explore local resources for veterans and their families. During the event we will showcase the winners for the art contest. This event is free to the public and open for all ages! For more information, please email communityservices@cityofmenifee.us.
