The Economic Development Corridor (EDC) Southern Gateway (SG) has been identified as an important area along the I-215 corridor to stimulate economic development. The City of Menifee is now exploring the possibility of a Specific Plan to identify and enhance the types of uses that can develop south of Scott Road, north of Keller Road, west of I-215, and east of Howard Way.  The City of Menifee is seeking input from various property owners and business owners to help envision the possibility of a Specific Plan.
